My GMC just went trough another transformation. We lifted it another 3 inches with a body lift for a total of 9.5 inches (but actually like 11 once I crank the torsion bars hehehehe). So as we got the project done we hit the mud.... I also lifted the wifes 4runner with a 3 inch body lift and slapped my 35 X 14.5 TSL Thornbirds on the Eagle wheels. I had some 38 X 15 TSL Superswampers laying arround in the shop ( I dont want to sound like Im bragging ) so I slapped those on my 15 X 12 rims. Anyway...... we went out to a minimum maintenence road that the Club named "SAND HILL SIPI-HOLE"( a big understatement ) There is a catch when U venture into this swampy road..... If U get the courage to take it on,,,, U have to get to the end which is like 300 yards and........... Turn arround and doit again... HEHEHE I love takin new guys out there... so... The wife & I drove back and forth taking some pics... and here they are...
There is my buddy JEFF on the back of my GMC. He did a good job takin pics from the back of my GMC. He owns a Land Cruiser on 33s. U can see it at the bottom when we went to Lake Road.
You can tell the severity of this road. It can get really deep in some places. On some pics U can see my Rottweiler following me, she had to swim...
This is a place called LAKE ROAD. Trust me the name really fits. We only ventured in a bit. None of us was ready to take it on. Its so deep I only went like 30 feet in and I got watter inside my truck. It gets deeper than that.... By a long shot.
This is JEFFs Lanc Cruiser. Its a cool lil rig. He got tons of whater insude, but he didnt care. Those are the kinda guys I like to 4wheel with..... You can clearly see the water line on the 1st pic. This is a drastic road.
This is my POOCH her name is Negra. She swam all the time chasing us arround.
